Delivery Policy

Lead times

• In-stock devices are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days of cleared payment.
• Indent items are ordered against your confirmation; the lead time is stated on your quotation.
• Large or configured orders — for example fleets, wall-mounted units or interlocks — are scheduled with you before dispatch.

Kenya deliveries

Nairobi deliveries and courier dispatch to other counties are arranged on request. Delivery charges are shown on the quotation. Collection from our Nairobi office can be arranged by appointment.

International shipping

• We ship to Africa and international markets by air freight or courier.
• Freight, insurance, duties and taxes are excluded from published prices unless the quotation states otherwise.
• Import permits, customs classification and any local approval requirements are the buyer's responsibility. Requirements vary by country.
• HS codes, package weight and dimensions are confirmed in the quotation for customs documentation.

On arrival

Check the consignment on receipt and report any transit damage or shortage within 7 days, with photographs, so we can raise it with the carrier.
