Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to answer an enquiry, prepare a quotation, deliver equipment and support it afterwards. We do not sell personal data.

What we collect

  • Contact details you submit: name, organization, work email, phone or WhatsApp number and country of use.
  • Requirement details: quantities, timelines, indicative budget, selected devices and adviser results.
  • Order and service records: quotations, proforma invoices, deliveries, calibration and repair history.
  • Basic website analytics where enabled, used in aggregate to improve the site.

Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare a written quotation.
  • To fulfil orders, arrange delivery and provide calibration, warranty and support.
  • To keep records required for our own accounting and after-sales obligations.

Sharing

We share details only where needed to deliver your order — for example with freight partners, or with a manufacturer for warranty and technical support. We do not sell or rent contact data to third parties.

Storage and security

Enquiry, order and testimonial records are held in our managed business systems with access limited to authorised AlcoblowPro staff. We keep records for as long as needed to support the equipment supplied and to meet our accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing our sales team. Data protection requirements vary by country; tell us which jurisdiction applies to you and we will confirm our handling in writing.

Testimonials and case studies

Client names, testimonials and case studies are published only with written approval from the organization named. Submitting a testimonial does not publish it.
