Calibration services
An uncalibrated breathalyzer is an untested one. We calibrate, verify and repair breath alcohol testers for workplaces, fleets, schools, hospitals and security teams — and return every device with a certificate showing the date performed and the next due date.

The sensor is tested against a known alcohol reference standard, then adjusted so readings fall back within the manufacturer's stated tolerance.
Mouthpiece seat, pump, keypad, display, printer and battery are checked. If a part has failed we quote the repair before doing any work.
The device is returned with a calibration certificate stating the date performed and the next due date, so your records stand up in an audit or dispute.
Calibration frequency depends on the sensor type, how many tests the device runs and what the manufacturer specifies for that model. As a general guide:
We confirm the exact interval for your specific model in writing before you commit — we do not apply one blanket interval to every device.
Confirmed per case once we see the model and its condition. Tell us your deadline and we will say plainly whether we can meet it.
Quoted per device and per model. Fleet and multi-unit programmes are quoted as a batch, with an annual schedule if you want one.
